I will not accept:
NSFW involving - Minors, Bestiality, Incest
NSFW involving - depictions of real people (This includes LARP characters physically played by a person)
Depictions of - Hate, Racism, Sexism, Religious Discrimination, etcI will not depict:
- The use of Recreational Drugs or the use of needles
- Non-POC characters with POC hairstylesYou May:

- Use my artwork for reference but you must give credit.

Any significant revisions asked for after the sketch has been approved will be subject to a late charge. The charge is per requested revision. This will not be reduced by any discount.
What counts as a significant revision:
- Major changes to poses
- Major changes to outfit/markings
- Addition of characters/animals/etc (These will have the usual charge associated with them and the late charge)Design Use Policy - £50
When ordering a Logo/Heraldry/Design from me that you wish to have used on LARP kit, transfers, or have used in commissioning another artist, I charge a lump £50 for the use of my design, rather than charging a percentage with each commission the design is used on. This is a fixed rate regardless of how much or little you intend to use the design.Late Payment Policy
Unless agreed upon otherwise with the Artist, any payment will be considered Late if the payment is not received within two weeks of notification of it being owed (Either at the agreement of the Sketch, or after the final piece has been approved). At this two week point, if no sufficient reason has been communicated for the lateness, and additional 25% of the full commission cost will be added onto the amount owed per week after this two week mark until the payment is settled.

How to approach a Commission

DO:
- Come prepared with:
> References for your character/s
> Moodboards - these are a great tool to show me what you want- Present any required revisions as a single message bullet point list
> At each stage you will be asked if any changes are needed. The above format makes it easier to understand what it is that you want. See TOS for the Late Charge about large unexpected changes- Be Clear and Honest about changes you want to see
> If there is something you are unsure about, just ask, I cannot fix what I do not know

DO NOT:
- Be Vauge
> I need an idea of what it is you want, being vague can lead to miscommunication and issues- Be Rude
> As per my TOS, I will not tolerate aggressive or snarky behaviour- Withold revisions
> As per my TOS, any significant revision requests after the sketch has been approved will come with a late charge (This will not be reduced by any Discount)

What is a Good Reference?
-Moodboards

Moodboards are a fantastic way to show me the sort of themes and features you would like in your commission, and a visual aid will always make a written description easier to understand- Heroforge

A Heroforge is a great visual aid for getting a general idea of what it is you would like, however - while it is expanding what you can do with it all the time - it is not the most diverse of tools. I like using it for broad strokes rather than the whole idea- Drawings/Reference Sheets

These are the best references you could give me, as they offer a clear idea of what your character looks likeWhat is the ideal Reference?
This will change from artist to artist, but for me, I would prefer both a drawn reference or Heroforge and a Moodboard for what outfit/pose/theme you would like, as well as clear written ideas presented in a single message
